[There's a very, very tense moment where Ford isn't sure that he won't have to spring forward to prevent Eostre from starting the fight all over again. That lick was... she didn't like that. It's not really her style, you see, to enjoy dog slobber on her face. She draws herself up -- and then relaxes. Lets her little shoulders drop.

It's not that deep. It's not that deep, and he won, and Eostre can respect a display of power like that. It's one of the reasons she's taken so well to Ford: Ford is tough. She could kick him in the ankles all she liked and he barely responded, and once she realized he wasn't ever going to she stopped doing it. Now she's realizing Baldur is a little too big for her to bully. That maybe there's something about him worth respecting.

She baps him softly on his dapper little nose. Yeah. No hard feelings.

Ford looks from Elsa, to them, and then back again.]
